All our cakes are made fresh to order - you choose the size, flavour, decoration, tiers and arrange collection or delivery on the date of your choice. Light, loose sponge dipped into coffee and tia maria, finished with cream and mascarpone and topped with cocoa powder.

Two layers of chocolate sponge filled with cherries and fresh cream and flaked dark chocolate.
Blackforest Gateau
Dark chocolate sponge filled with chocolate cream and surrounded by chocolate fudge.
Chocolate Fudge Cake
A combination of puff pastry and creme patisserie set in layers, surrounded with a choice of flaked almonds or chocolate vermicelli and finished with an icing sugar dusting.
Millefoglie
Delicate puff pastry base, with creme patisserie, vanilla sponge dipped into strega liqueur and maraschino, and finished with puff pastry and icing sugar.
Zuppettone
A puff pastry base followed by a choux pastry ring filled with creme patisserie centred with white and dark fresh cream, surrounded by honey glazed profiteroles.
